My name is Uma, or so i wish. I live in Madrid and i'm Spanish, which might explain some of the dizzy spelling on this site. I'm dark (hair and skinwise, though my spirit can sometimes go into that kind of shades...), i have hazel eyes and i'm 28 (ouch!). Not fat, not skinny. But i do tend to the extremes in other areas of life.

I live with Tom, my boyfriend. No pets, no kids, lots of CDs. We are happy and sad and not perfect and that's why i love us together. You can read more about him in the *who is who* section.

We rent a small appartment with lots of light right in the center of the city, and i don't think we could trade it for anything right now. Our friends also like the pad, so they often use it as an alternative afterhours bar ;-) I guess Tom and i encourage that.

I write for a living, meaning i edit texts and sometimes get to compose some. I can't complain, but i miss the creativity that got me to my job in the first place.

My addictions include reading, talking (chatchatchatchat), being absorbed by good films, listening to music (i carefully select each song according to the mood of the day) and playing the Sims.
