who is who (alphabetically speaking)
Dixie
and Trixie. Two girls, full of glamour and tenderness.
We are inseparable now. The
3 of us get together to fix the world through the current affairs
section of the newspapers, drink wine and talk our souls inside
out.
Kurt.
He's bold, witty, irreplaceable. Kurt was born talking and he's
still at it. His conversation is a grateful mess of the funniest
jokes and intelligent remarks. He should be a proffesional writer,
but he makes more $$$ at the trade market. No, i won't blame him
either.
Mountain family.
That's my sister, her boyfriend and their two daughters, the
M&Ms. Siz is
my only sister, she's six years older than me and a total role
model. We haven't had a fight since i was 14. She's married to
Victor: funny, shy, smart
and a big fan of gizmos. The little ones are 6 and 11 years old.
Whatever they end up doing in life, i'm sure they'll be stars
at it.
Mum.
Well, mum is mum. Enough said. Or probably not. She is always
there, and her presence in my life is very, very strong. Wise
but not patronizing, caring but not overprotective, graceful
but i don't look like her.
Pablo.
The other side of Uma, my soulmate. We
used to work at the same place, we became friends with time and
then one day we realized we had to be together. He makes me happy.
Some of the
boyz. First there's F.
What can i say. We met back in 1992, in class. He is Italian or
almost, seems like a tough careless guy but i would trust my life
with him. Then there's Nick:
naughty and loving, what a dangerous combination. Fred
is the best company if you want to drink the night away.
Some of the
girrrls. The girlfriends. One of them, Morgana,
is the proud mother of a baby girl and i get to be godmother.
My heart jumped when i learned that and it still dances from time
to time. The other one, Six,
is curently a hormone turbine trying to sort out her emotions,
probably the one thing she doesn't control in her life. I wish
i were more like her.
Last but not least, my girls beyond frontiers: LovelyV
(lifetime pal, confident) and Lynch:
the most inspiring person i know. Ona
is my favourite blond person and a privilege to be friends with.
Tom.
An extremely special person. Sweet, reliable and fun. He loves
cooking but hates scary movies. After years as a couple, i like
to think we still have a very good connection.
